SERVICES

  • We offer services to attorneys requiring an assessment of economic damages in labor related cases such as personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment discrimination (both class action and single-plaintiff).  We have extensive experience estimating economic damages related to earnings and non-wage benefits, life care plans, and household services.  Analyses are conducted using publicly available national data such as the American Community Survey (ACS), Consumer Expenditure Survey (CES), Current Population Survey (CPS), the General Social Survey (GSS), and others.  We apply the most current methodologies in the field of labor economics and communicate those findings in an approachable manner to the layperson.

We also provide review, critique, and analysis of opposing council’s economic expert. Look here for an example of how we tackle the testimony of the opposing council’s economic expert.

  • We take complex statistics and econometrics and make it palatable for an audience with a range of skills and abilities.  We excel at communicating verbally and graphically and can reach those with even the largest aversions to economics and statistics.

  • ECG conducts data analysis to facilitate policy initiatives, evaluate policy, and aid in the implementation of policy. We focus on issues related to education, immigration, labor, and marriage.
